Q.How do I access my simulations after subscribing?

After completing your Stripe checkout, sign in to your account and navigate to the Scenarios page. Your tier will be activated automatically within a few seconds of payment confirmation.

Q.Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Visit your Dashboard and click 'Manage Billing & Payment' to access the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel, downgrade, or update your payment method at any time.

Q.What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?

Tier 1 (NCO/Enlisted Medic) provides 15 basic-intermediate TCCC simulations and 50 AI Tutor questions per month. Tier 2 (Military Medical Corps) unlocks all 30+ simulations, unlimited AI Tutor access, and advanced clinical scenarios including Role 2/3 facility management.

Q.Is MilMedSim an official US Army training program?

MilMedSim is an independent AI-powered training supplement developed by Global MedOps Command LLC. It is not an official US Army program. All content is for supplemental training purposes only and does not replace formal military medical training or certification.
