TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the MilMedSim platform ("Platform"), operated by Global MedOps Command ("GMOC", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

MilMedSim is an AI-powered military medical training simulation platform designed for US military medical personnel across all branches, including enlisted medics, NCOs, medical corps officers, nursing corps, and specialty corps providers. The Platform provides educational simulation scenarios, an AI-powered medical tutor, performance analytics, and downloadable reference materials based on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC) guidelines.

The Platform offers three subscription tiers: • NCO/Enlisted Medic Tier: $19.99/month or $199.90/year • Military Medical Corps Tier: $39.99/month or $399.90/year • Premium Institutional Tier: $499.99/year (annual billing only) All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize GMOC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. GMOC does not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances may be submitted to [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 10 business days.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, educational, and training purposes. You may not: • Share your account credentials with any other person • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract scenario content or AI responses • Use the Platform to provide clinical advice to actual patients • Misrepresent your military affiliation or credentials • Attempt to circumvent subscription tier restrictions • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized content Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to simulation scenarios, AI-generated responses, reference materials, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Global MedOps Command or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial training purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from GMOC.

GMOC collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes of providing the Service, improving training content, and analyzing platform performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Training session data, performance metrics, and AI tutor conversations may be stored to provide analytics and improve the Platform's educational effectiveness.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GMOC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. GMOC MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF SIMULATION SCENARIOS OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT. ALL TRAINING CONTENT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GMOC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL GMOC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GMOC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mississippi.

GMOC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
